Tradescantia zebrina "Burgundy" Care:

• Light: Thrives in bright, indirect light. It can handle direct morning sun, but intense, direct afternoon sun may scorch leaves. Insufficient light causes the plant to become leggy and turn green.

• Watering: Allow the top 1–2 inches of soil to dry out between waterings. They prefer to be kept on the drier side and are susceptible to root rot if overwatered.

• Soil: Use a well-draining, high-quality potting mix. A peat-free or multi-purpose compost mixed with perlite works well.

• Temperature & Humidity: Prefers temperatures between 18-29ºC. While it thrives in higher humidity, it is very adaptable and does not require extra misting.

• Fertiliser: Feed with a balanced liquid fertiliser monthly during the growing season (spring and summer).

• Maintenance: Pinch back tips regularly to encourage a bushier, fuller plant and to prevent long, thin, "leggy" stems.
