​We pride ourselves on high quality live plants, if there are any issues with plants you have purchased from us, please do get in touch ASAP.

DOA (Dead On Arrival)

If you think a plant or plants you have ordered have arrived dead, please do get in touch within 24hrs of the package arriving on info@theplantjungle.co.uk providing clear photographic images. We will then offer a full refund on the dead animals or ship out some more to you depending on what we agree on.

Other Goods

1. We sell a variety of non-live stock, should there be any damage with these after purchasing them from us, please do contact us within 24hrs of the purchase on info@theplantjungle.co.uk providing clear photographic images. We will then offer a full refund or ship out some more to you depending on what we agree on.

Cost/prices/fees

1. Stock prices

We have the right to adjust any stock prices at ay time without notice.

2. Postage

IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO ENSURE ALL DETAILS ARE CORRECT INCLUDING THE CORRECT NAME AND FULL ADDRESS TO SHIP TO. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ITEMS THAT ARE NOT DELIVERED DUE TO INCORRECT OR MISSING DETAILS.

All orders are processed over 3-5 business days. We send out all our orders via Royal Mail Tracked 24hr.

If you do not receive your items by the date stated on the shipping confirmations email (where tracking number is provided), let us know ASAP so we can resolve the issue.

 

ORDERS WILL BE DISPATCHED ON TUESDAYS. ORDERS PLACED BY 9AM THURSDAY WILL GUARANTEE DISPATCH BY THE FOLLOWING MONDAY.

ORDERS PLACED ALFTER 9AM ON THURSDAYS WILL ROLL OVER TO THE WEEK AFTER.

We have the right to adjust postage costs at any time without notice

Returns

1. We do not accept returns.

1. Refunds are given on a case by case situation depending on circumstances.

Species guarantee

1. We try our best to be as accurate as possible regarding the scientific name of plants sold on this site, we cannot guarantee 100% accuracy of a confirmed species.

Common names may differ so it is important to use the latin
