Monstera adansonii Care:

• Light: Prefers bright, indirect light; can tolerate partial shade, but direct sun can burn the leaves.

• Water: Water thoroughly, allowing the top 1–2 inches of soil to dry out between waterings to prevent root rot. They prefer consistently damp—but not sodden—soil.

• Humidity & Temperature: Thrives in high humidity, making them ideal for bathrooms or kitchens. They appreciate a warm environment.

• Soil & Fertiliser: Use a well-draining, chunky mix (e.g., perlite, orchid bark, potting soil). Fertilise every 2–4 weeks during the growing season (spring/summer) with a balanced liquid fertiliser.

• Maintenance & Growth: They are fast growers and can be pruned to maintain a bushy shape. Provide a moss pole or stake for support if you want them to climb, which encourages larger leaf development.
