Peace Lily | Spathiphyllum sp Care
Light: Thrives in bright, indirect light, but can handle lower light conditions. Avoid direct sun, which can scorch leaves.
Water: Keep the soil consistently moist but not waterlogged. They are communicative plants that will droop when they need water. Use room temperature, filtered water if possible.
Humidity: As tropical plants, they benefit from high humidity, such as misting or placing on a tray of wet pebbles.
Temperature: Prefer warm environments (12–24°C / 55–75°F) and should be kept away from cold draughts or direct heat sources.
Fertilizer: Fertilize lightly once or twice a year, or use a gentle, diluted houseplant food every 6 weeks during spring and summer.
Pruning & Maintenance: Remove yellowing or dead leaves at the base with sharp shears. You can also trim off brown leaf tips, following the natural shape of the leaf.
